This means that they meet important criteria such as: safe shallow water near the shoreline, plenty of sand and space to play, presence of lifeguards, as well as services for the entire family, including restaurants, shops and playgrounds.

• Sabaudia (Lazio): the beach is located in the beautiful Circeo National Park and the coastline is 30 km long. It features many activities suitable for the entire family.

• Santa Teresa di Gallura (Sardegna): a quiet, gorgeous beach with crystal clear water, fine white sand and an authentic Sardinian atmosphere. It’s ideal for families with children.
